Frequently Asked Questions

What ages are your children’s parties suitable for?
The best age to have a party is anywhere from 4 to 13.
The parties last approximately 1 1/2 hours.

What areas do you cover?
We cover most parts of West Yorkshire and some parts of North Yorkshire. See 'Areas we Party' page for more info.

Is there a limit to how many children I can invite?

We can cater for large numbers but the ideal maximum is about 15.

Is there a food break during the party?
We prefer it if you feed the children either before or after we have delivered the party entertainment.

Do you supply the venue?
No. You would need to book a venue and then we would come to you.

Can I hold the party at home?
Yes of course! All you need to do is make sure that you’ll feel happy with the number of children you’re inviting – it’s important they have room to jump around!

Do you supply the party bags?
We supply personalised party bags, at an additional cost or if preferred you can supply your own.

Do you supply the party invitations?
We provide FREE personalised invites. We also supply thank yous and personalised chocolate bars at an extra cost to you.

What days and hours do you operate?
Our party hosts are available for parties on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the moment. We have 2 time slots approximately 10.30am/11am or 2.00pm/2.30pm.

How many party hosts turn up?
It all depends on how many children are coming and the general age of the children!

We DO NOT supervise extra activities as a general rule. It is therefore recommended that at least 1 other adult is available to supervise if we need them to.

What happens if my party host is ill on the day of my party?
Your party is very important to us, so we will try our best to send a replacement. If however, we are not able to do so we will refund your deposit in full or offer you an alternative date.

What care is taken of my belongings?

We take great care with your furniture. We cover your three piece suite, table tops and floors are protected from footspas and craft activities. We do however suggest that you remove anything that is of value to be on the safe side.

How much notice do I need to book a party?
We receive bookings 2 to 3 months in advance. So it is best to book as early as possible if you require a special date.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes a deposit is required to secure your choosen party date. (non-refundable) It is £30 for the Makeover and Theme parties and a larger amount for the Teddy Bear Makiing Parties. THIS DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE WITHIN 24 HOURS.

Are you public liability insured?
Yes we do have full public liability insurance.

How do I book & pay for a party?
Once you have checked availability of your party date if you wish to proceed with a booking, then just download the relevant booking form and send it to us with your deposit cheque. We will then send you written confirmation of your party along with your invitations and parental consent form. The balance is due to your party host on the day. Cash is prefered.
